students experience what art feels like

What an incredible day of exploration at the Springfield Art Association! Our students with visual impairments had the unique opportunity to experience art in a whole new way through the captivating "What Art Feels Like" exhibit last week. 🖼️👀

This immersive experience allowed our students and staff to engage with art through touch, smell, and hearing, creating a truly unforgettable journey of sensory discovery. 🌟 From specially designed apps that let students hear the artists describe their work to tactile sensations that brought art to life, every moment was filled with wonder and excitement. 🎧👏

The enthusiasm was palpable as both students and staff reveled in this innovative approach to art appreciation. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of inclusivity and the boundless possibilities of creative expression. 🌈💖

A heartfelt thank you to our community partners, including the Springfield Art Association, for making this enriching experience possible. Together, we're creating meaningful opportunities for all our students to thrive and explore the world around them. 🌍🤗
