Springfield High School is excited to welcome our community to celebrate a milestone and enjoy a first look at our Duey gymnasium space, home of the Senators. We hope you’ll join us as we open our doors and share this exciting moment with our students, staff, families, and community.

Enter through the new glass main doors off of Lewis Street
Parking is available in Faculty/Student spaces on Lewis Street or Washington Street lot
For guests who may need mobility support, we offer accessible parking on Washington Street with a ramp entrance into the Commons. Our team will be glad to escort you to the new gym.

10:00 a.m. Doors open to the public
10:05 a.m. Ribbon Cutting & announcement of the new Duey Gymnasium (brief remarks)
10:30 - School Song + Hey Song (Band, Cheerleaders, Scarlet Line)
10:30 – 11:00 a.m. Varsity Boys Basketball shoot-around & senior introductions
11:00 – 11:30 a.m. Varsity Girls Basketball shoot-around & senior introductions
11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Open walk-through of the main gymnasium, music/choir wing, and Chamber Gymnasium
(Administrators will be available in each area to share highlights and answer questions.)
