• Good morning, Springfield High! Today is Monday, February 23rd

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the  Peace Room is  open and available to students for support in the Guidance Office-8:30-9am and 11:30-2pm.

  • Senators show self-respect by taking a break each day to do a preferred activity. So whether it’s walking outside, baking, playing your favorite sport, or just hanging around friends, set aside at least 15 minutes each day to do something you enjoy. Not only will this relieve stress but it can improve your mood as well. Even though February is coming to a close, BAS encourages you to keep practicing self-care all year long!

  • BAS wants to thank those who entered our drawing last week. On Friday, we delivered a Needoh, a Starbucks gift card, a sketchbook and Bath and Body products to our winners. If you want to win a prize, don’t forget to visit our Wellness table on Wednesday to enter our drawing and of course to learn more about self-care and mental health. It will be the last week.
